In order to enter, all contestants must self identify themselves as being gay women over the age of 18 and be willing to participate fully in the event. The winner will represent the region and will be expected to take part in the ‘civic element’ of the competition.

Whether you enter or not, this promises to be a fun night out with late bar and DJ. Free finger food will also be available.
The event will take place in the Parnell & Sullivan Room at the Prince Of Wales Hotel, Church Street, Athlone on Saturday 31st July from 10pm. Admission €10. R.O.A.R
Gay Westmeath understands that it can be difficult for our guests to get from Mullingar to Athlone and vice versa. So now we're launching a mini bus service to help take the pressure off!
How It Works
A bus will collect you from Mullingar at 9pm and take you accross to the event in Athlone. When the event is over, the bus will bring you back to Mullingar. Simple!
How Much Will It Cost?
Transport to and from the event plus admission to the event itself will be just €20 per person.
Do I Have To Book?
Yes. Places are limited and we will obviously need to ensure that we have enough people to cover costs. The fee will be payable in advance and is non refundable. Note that if there is insufficient demand for this service resulting in cancellation of the bus booking, you will be refunded in full.
PLEASE NOTE: You will need to bring your confirmation email with you to board the bus, and it will be your responsibility to be ready to board at either end - the bus will leave promptly, with or without you!
