While we do our best to keep costs down, Gay Westmeath does cost money to run.

The venues we use for our larger events have to be accessible, secure and comfortable. While we do charge an admission fee at these events, we rarely recover the cost of putting them on – let alone have sufficient funds left to cover our other costs which include:

• Insurance
• Telephone & postage
• Advertising
• Website domain and hosting
• Headache tablets for our treasurer
